Our role
Dietary Supplement Manufacturers Source
We are an independent sourcing service for business buyers, separate from the dietary supplement producer, brand owner, sales channel, medical provider and regulatory adviser. Our work is to convert a purchasing objective into clear supplier questions, keep replies tied to the proposed formula and pack, and make commercial differences visible before the buyer approves a next step.
That distinction matters in a category where serving details, ingredient strength, label scope and manufacturing documents can differ across seemingly similar offers. We do not transfer claims or credentials from a reference page to a quotation. Every material answer should come from the candidate responsible for the exact product.
Responsibilities
The service records inputs; the buyer owns approval
Input
The buyer describes dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength targets, permitted substitutions, intended US channel, container, count, label needs and evidence questions. We organize those facts into a consistent inquiry format and identify gaps that should remain visibly open rather than being completed with assumptions.
Order
The buyer also specifies quantities by variant and unit, destination, target timing, sample expectations, optional budget and preferred commercial level. We can coordinate supplier contact and compare response scope, while the buyer decides whether the proposed product, documentation, terms and supplier are suitable for the program.
Evidence layers
Identity, product evidence and decisions stay separated
Comparable
Buyer-provided requirements and supplier-written replies can be placed on the same comparison sheet. The useful fields include proposed formula, unit count, minimum quantity, currency, sample terms, testing or document availability, packaging inclusions, delivery basis and exclusions. A public government or product-family source can inform the questions but is labeled as reference material.
Unresolved
Any blank, general statement or document that does not identify the offered product remains unresolved. A factory must confirm exact-product or exact-formula information; qualified specialists address label, claims, regulatory and clinical decisions; and the buyer records final approval. Our coordination does not turn third-party evidence into our certification, inventory or endorsement.
Start with a traceable requirement
- Identify the product revision and decision owner
- Separate known facts from supplier-confirmed fields
- Keep sample, document and quotation versions connected
The resulting record supports a more disciplined purchase discussion without promising product performance or a particular outcome.
