Independent sourcing role

Dietary Supplement Manufacturers Source is separate from the product producer, product owner, sales channel, medical provider, testing laboratory and regulatory adviser. Product names and catalog entries are inquiry options only. They do not show inventory, availability, approved formulas, verified certifications, factory approval or suitability for a specific use. A supplier is responsible for its own proposal and supporting statements.

Buyer requirements and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate product, specification, quantity, destination and timing information. You should identify the dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength requirements, packaging, label responsibilities, requested documents and acceptance criteria. You remain responsible for determining whether a product, label, claim, supplier, quotation, sample and order meets your business, legal and market requirements.

Supplier information and documents

Any specification, capability, certificate, test record, manufacturing document, quotation, sample term or delivery statement must be checked against the exact proposed product and responding organization. A document relating to another formula, batch, package or facility does not automatically apply. We may organize information for comparison, but we do not warrant its completeness, accuracy or continuing validity.

Health and regulated decisions

Website content and sourcing coordination do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and do not constitute medical, clinical, legal or regulatory advice. Obtain qualified review for decisions within those fields. Do not rely on public content, a preliminary supplier reply or a sample as the sole basis for a regulated claim or market decision.

Quotations and costs

Pricing, minimum quantities, currency, packaging, testing, samples, label or setup charges, freight, duties, taxes, delivery timing and exclusions are subject to the supplier’s written response. “Up to 3%” sourcing support is subject to the displayed eligibility statement and is not a fixed price reduction or promise for every order. Compare total scope on a consistent product, quantity and destination basis.

Acceptable use and limitation

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential material without authority. Service availability may change, and we may decline a request that lacks sufficient scope or falls outside our sourcing role. To the extent permitted by applicable law, procurement decisions and agreements with third parties remain between the buyer and those third parties.
