Supplier response coordination

Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturer Quote Coordination

Our service begins with a buyer-owned product brief. We organize dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength specification, container and count, label responsibility, quantity, US destination, requested timing and document questions before contacting potential manufacturers. The goal is a set of replies that can be reviewed on the same commercial and technical basis.

Role boundary

We coordinate requirements, candidate contact and quotation comparison as an independent sourcing partner. We do not make the product, own inventory, approve a formula, certify a label or replace qualified regulatory and clinical review. The buyer makes the final supplier and order decision.

Procurement input and handoff

Pair each requirement with an answer owner

Input

State whether the inquiry concerns capsules, gummies, powders, liquids or another permitted form; list the intended serving basis, ingredient targets, strength units, acceptable alternatives and proposed packaging. Describe the intended buyer channel without turning that context into a health outcome claim. If claim language or label copy has not been reviewed, mark it as unresolved.

Order

Break quantity down by formula, flavor, strength, container and unit. Add the US destination, requested sample stage, target timing and optional budget with currency plus per-unit or whole-order basis. A high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preference communicates buyer priorities; it does not rate or verify any supplier.

Evidence and open items

Keep comparable fields apart from assumptions

Comparable

Once suppliers identify the proposed specification, quotations can be aligned by currency, minimum order basis, bottle, jar or pouch count, packaging inclusions, sample charges, testing scope, label or setup charges, freight terms and stated exclusions. Written replies are recorded against a quotation revision so an update to formula or packaging does not silently overwrite the earlier comparison.

Unresolved

Factory capability, formula feasibility, batch documentation, manufacturing records, label responsibilities, production timing and delivery scope remain pending until a candidate confirms them for the exact proposed item. Related certificates, product pages or general facility statements are references only. The buyer should obtain qualified review where regulatory or clinical judgment is required.

Prepare a contract manufacturing inquiry

  • Formula, dosage form, serving size and ingredient-strength requirements
  • Variant quantities, units, pack configuration and US destination
  • Label, sample, batch-document and timing questions

Partial briefs are acceptable when unknowns are clearly labeled for supplier response.
